About Loopmerce
Built by a seller who was tired of running the back office by hand.
Loopmerce was created from the daily operational problems faced by refurbished-electronics sellers. Marketplace tickets, shipping labels, tracking updates, invoices, returns and spreadsheets were spread across too many systems. Loopmerce brings those workflows into focused tools built around the way Back Market and Refurbed sellers actually work.

Why we built it
Marketplace growth creates a back-office problem.
As order volume grows, sellers do not only process more sales. They handle more support tickets, more labels, more tracking updates, more returns, more invoices and more operational records. Much of that work still happens manually across disconnected portals.
Loopmerce exists to reduce that repetitive work without forcing sellers into another generic platform that does not understand their marketplace workflow.
